Help Oron! - feel I should know what this is but cannot dredge it up.
The man who owns the garden where it is says that, if he remembers properly ,the flowers are yellow and have a strong perfume. After taking the photo I broke open the seed capsule and it too is quite aromatic - a spicy smell. Inside were three big cigar shaped seeds.

 ::) Thanks Oron - I knew the seed pod looked so familiar but just could not place it. I have a smallish bush in my garden but the one I saw was huge and probably that threw me! (We won't mention the little grey cells beginning to diminish. Carole
