Oregano? IDd by Oron as Origanum 'Barbara Tingey'

I think this is a variety of Oregano can anyone identify it please? It is a very charming plant and if you pick the flowers when they are fully out they can be dried and will remain beautiful for months. (I found this out by chance when leaving some in a vase without water the other year - months on they were still retaining their lovely pinky mauve hues on intact flower heads).
In the garden it is trouble free flourishing in poor soil and the unusual flower heads on curving stems always draw comments.

Carole,
Photo is a bit out of focus, still looks like Origanum 'Barbara Tingey' which is a cross between O. rotundifolium and O. calcaratum.

It has some similarity to O. dictamnus from Crete.
