Flowering Tree IDd by Oron as Grevillea robusta

Does anybody know this tree?
It is flowering now nearby, in northern Crete.

Living and gardening in Tivon, Lower Galilee region, North Israel.
Min temp 5c Max 42c, around 450mm rain.

Daisy great pics; makes identification easy if you know the plant in the first place!  I only know G robusta from Wye when it was grown as a pot plant.

 I have gardened in sub-tropical Florida, maritime UK, continental Europe and the Mediterranean basin, France. Of the 4 I have found that the most difficult climate for gardening is the latter.

We saw a lot of them in Cyprus.
Since then they have been planted here in Corinth but they are not doing too well

No garden but two balconies, one facing south and the other north.
Most of my plants are succulents which need little care
