yellow flowering plant in pot IDd by Oron as Sedum palmeri

This plant is blooming in many pots and yards at the moment in Sparta.
I don't remember seeing it in Corinth at all
It probably likes the cooler damper weather they have in Sparta
Any ideas of its name?

we also have it in our garden in Arta... but as for the name I have no idea...  could it be some kind of euphorbia?
I live in the west of Greece and have a small garden. I love flowers but I have few in my garden. I usually take pictures of flowers when I hike. I started making a blog with the flora that I see on my trips.

Sedum palmeri
