Cactus flower seen In Sparta IDd by Oron as Cereus hildmannianus

I saw this flower last week in Sparta.
It was a tall cactus which you quite often see around parks and gardens in Greece.
I have looked through both my cactus books and have had no luck
Any ideas?

Cereus hildmannianus.
Garden Designer, Bulb man, Botanical tours guide.
Living and gardening in Tivon, Lower Galilee region, North Israel.
Min temp 5c Max 42c, around 450mm rain.
