Sorry, but are the first three photos Dactylorhiza? Taken in May in 2004.
I guess the last is Anacamptis palustris again?

First 3 photos are Dactylorhiza romana in it's two color forms, [Only yellow or Creamy in the E. Mediterranean) and last as you say is Anacamptis palustris.
