Greek delphinium IDd by John and Oron as D. peregrinum

Greek delphinium IDd by John and Oron as D. peregrinum

This is a mysterious (for me) plant which was found and photographed for identification by an MGS member who lives in Germany and gardens in Greece.
Christina found it in the streets of Milos, it started flowering in May.
I have a hunch it might be a delphinium...
Can you help me?

Jean, Welcome to the Forum; we are honoured to have a Presidential visit!
I think the spur is too long for the common Greek delphinium, D. staphisagria. My bet might be on the larkspur Consolida ajacis (syn. D. ajacis), and it will be interesting to see what better-informed Forum members think!

Difficult to say without seeing a closeup of the flower and the lower leaves.
Any how it is an Annual, might be Delphinium gracile or D. peregrinum.

I have just tried looking this up and I also came to the conclusion that it is Delphinium peregrinum. It has a widespread distribution including most of the islands.
