Brunfelsia pauciflora ‘Macrantha’

Seen growing in the TROPICAL ZONE 1 in the
 PALACIO DE CRISTAL IN LA ARGANZUELA
INVERNADERO DEL PALACIO DE CRISTAL DE ARGANZUELA
 in Madrid  at the end of March, 2018.



Brunfelsia latifolia is mentioned in THE MEDITERRANEAN GARDEN number 92.  April 2018

Hilary, might be worth mentioning that though Madrid put it in their tropical section (and couldn't spell its cultivar name properly), San Marcos Growers in California recommend it to gardeners there despite its thirsty nature, and say they find it does come back even if cut to the ground by frost.

You know I did wonder about the name but didn't check it
I also discovered that I had already sent a photo of this plant along with a few more from the TROPICAL ZONE 1 area

Now I am trying to sort out all the photos I took in the TROPICAL ZONE 2 area
if any are mentioned in TMG i will post them on the Forum
