Our garden after the winter rain

Before departing for Athens and Sparoza I decided to show you how well our plants have fared with the wonderful rain we had. Our Salvias have spread and the Salvia indica is multiplying its stalks.

The sunshine has made our plants grow really fast.  I have taken photos of the Irises and the Lavender with the Salvia officinalis.  My ipad can not cope with this bright sunlight and the blue colour doesn't look as sharp as it should.

Bright coloured sunflowers that are growing outside the wall. They are dusty as they get cover from the dirt thrown up by the passing cars. One positive thing is that I have been asked by passers - by for seeds.  I oblige.  I feel that is another way of promoting gardening.
