Gardens to see south of Valencia
« on: December 04, 2017, 05:25:27 PM »
Hello,
I'd like advice on public gardens we can visit in the Valencia / Alicante area to gain inspiration for improving our garden near Gandia. (I noticed the post on Elche which we will visit). Currently it is mostly dead pine needles and the remains of a few dead palms!  :(

Thanks,

Kim
We have a house near Gandia in the Valencian Community, Spain. The garden is terraced and shaded by pine trees.

Have you read THE MEDITERRANEAN GARDEN number 82, October 2015?
There is an article by Edith Haeuser VALENCIA- A TOWN OF TREES

No garden but two balconies, one facing south and the other north.
Most of my plants are succulents which need little care

I'm sure it would also be worth your getting in touch with our Costa Blanca branch - you can find how to by clicking on this page of the MGS website
