Could somebody please tell me the name of this Geranium please? It is a continuous flowered from spring to late autumn and looks lovely hanging over the edges of pots - the flowers being held erect on hanging stems.

I love this plant both for its flowers and leaves and have never been able to discover its name.  Exploring your suggestion I was interested to see it has medicinal properties - in fact most of the websites I found are regarding this. There was one however that illustrated the plant perfectly leaving me in no doubt that you have named it correctly so many thanks again.
