These tough little succulents from southern Africa tend to be rather overlooked. I believe this is R. pulvinaius. The photo has washed out the colour a bit, the flowers are more pink than they appear. 
Cyprus Branch Head. Gardens in a field 40 m above sea level with reasonably fertile clay soil.
