My husband and I will soon be moving into the house we have just purchased in Fortuna, near Murcia, and I would like to add some trees, shrubs and flowers to the existing garden. I have had gardens in Switzerland and England but never in a dry Mediterranean climate, so would welcome any suggestions as to what grows well there.
Also, perhaps even more importantly, can anyone recommend a good garden centre in the area (anywhere between Murcia and Alicante) where we could go to buy trees and plants?
