Seeds with dispersal wings like 'rooted seeds' ID'd by Oron as Clematis flammula

Can anyone help me ID this plant, a weed of some sort I think, it was I think slightly taller than 5 ft., but I found these seeds to be most engaging indeed. Thanks!

Possibly clematis seeds but I wouldn't know which.
I have a small garden in Rome, Italy. Some open soil, some concrete, some paved. Temperatures in winter occasionally down to 0°C. Summer temperatures up to 40°C in the shade. There are never watering restrictions but, of course, there is little natural water for much of June, July and August.

Min temp 5c Max 42c, around 450mm rain.
