leaves and seed heads ID'd by Oron as Crithmum maritimum

There wasn't much to see in the way of wild flowers at Kokosi, Almiri or at least not in the middle of February.
There was this plant with seed heads peeping out.
I am afraid I haven't spent much time trying to identify it.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Many thanks,
Here is a photo I took 20 years ago on the island of Skyros.
