Clivia blooming on the south facing balcony today.
Saved from destruction more than 35 years ago.

Living in Korinthos, Greece.
No garden but two balconies, one facing south and the other north.
Most of my plants are succulents which need little care

Ravishing colours! Mine have also been flowering but are a more uniform orange.
Small (300m2) south-facing garden on the outskirts of Málaga. RHS H2 / USDA 10b.

The first photo, taken several years ago, is of a Clivia flower. I see  I have already posted that photo.

The second shows the Clivia plant in the snow in January.

The third photo shows the Clivia today.

Either Clivia enjoys a bit of cold or it has just come of age as we have never had so many flowers in the past.
I can’t remember just how many years we have had these plants, about 37, but I do remember where I pinched them from, a garden of a house which was to be demolished and a block of flats built on the plot. So actually I saved them...
