Tiny blue flower ID'd by Oron as Bellevalia hyacinthoides

We saw this tiny flower yesterday on a rocky headland.
It looked a bit like autumn squill to me but it is now nearly spring.
Has anyone any ideas?
The pink tinge on the closer photo is probably a reflection from my bright pink anorak
