Crassula ovata.
A very useful plant to have, which can survive in a pot for a couple of weeks without any care at all.
Our oldest plant must be about 30 years old. It is on the south facing balcony and regularly produces flowers at this time of year. Younger versions on the north facing balcony have not yet produced any flowers.
Plants on my son's balcony in Sparta do nor survive so well as they experience  lower temperatures.
The photos are from other years but the plant looks the same today.

Living in Korinthos, Greece.
No garden but two balconies, one facing south and the other north.
Most of my plants are succulents which need little care
