Is this Cotyledon tomentosa subsp tomentosa?

Is this Cotyledon tomentosa subsp tomentosa?

I always thought it was some type of Kalanchoe but looking through some new books I think it is C. tomentosa. Is there anything else I should be considering? Thanks in advance for taking the time to look at this and for any help you can give.

I have a small garden in Rome, Italy. Some open soil, some concrete, some paved. Temperatures in winter occasionally down to 0°C. Summer temperatures up to 40°C in the shade. There are never watering restrictions but, of course, there is little natural water for much of June, July and August.
