Purple rose - turns out to be 'Rhapsody in Blue'

I saw this rose at the Hyde Hall garden in the UK.
Stupidly I thought I would remember it's name and didn't snap the label.
I hope one of you rose experts will be able to put a name to it for me

Surfing the net I came across the name of this rose.

Rhapsody in blue

It was in the Queen Mother's Garden At Hyde Hall
