You can set your Profile so as to instruct the Forum system to alert you by email whenever there is a new post in any topic that interests you.
Click on the Profile button in the top blue bar, then in the Modify Profile panel on the left click on Notifications and emails, then click on the email settings you want. Clear the box next to the 2nd setting ("Receive reply notification only for the first unread reply"), then click on the 3rd and 4th check boxes. Then click on the Save Settings button, at the bottom of the page on the right. Then, in the various sections of the Forum that interest you, all you need to do is click on the Notify button towards the top right of any page where you want to be alerted to new emails, or at the top right of a particular topic on that page. These topics or pages will then be listed in the Notifications and emails section, under Current Topic Notifications or Current Board Notifications.
Each time you get an email alerting you to a new posting on one of your chosen topics or pages, the email itself will include a link letting you unsubscribe to that page's or topic's email alert system.
