pink flower, purple leaves ID'd by Miriam as Impatiens (New Guinea hybrids)

A friend of mine visited the Sigurta Gardens near Lake Garda this year and sent me a few flower photos.
I have not been able to identify this plant.
Has anyone any ideas?
