Is this a Scutellaria cypria?

I am looking through some old photos from the AGM in Cyprus 2009, and I found this photo of a plant I wish to identify. After a lot of searching, the closest I get is Scutellaria cypria, which is said to have a long flowering period and can be seen in flower even in November, when this photo was taken. Could anybody verify this?
