Is it Tillandsia globosa sending out a flower bud?

Have just realised "what is this 73"has never been revealed. Here it is in flower.

Well done Fermi now we have putthat one to bed perhaps somebody will come up with something interesting. :)
Fatsia japonica to be precise. It is in total shade all the time and performs wonderfully.
