Plant ID'd as Datura metel 'Double Blackcurrant Swirl'
« on: July 04, 2014, 08:15:33 AM »
Hi, this is my first post, so hopefully I have it right!
Whilst on holiday last year on Kefalonia I collected the seed from this plants parent and now have this beautiful specimen. Can anyone identify it for me? I would love to know more about it.
Thank you, Bryan

It looks to me like Datura metel 'Double Blackcurrant Swirl'.

Hi Alisdair & Trevor,
Thank you for identifying my mystery plant.
What a brilliant forum this is!
I have a bulb that I rescued from the foreshore on the same holiday,
so if it flowers I will post some pictures.
Thanks again. Bryan
