Moroccan garden plant ID'd by Oron as Justicia spicigera

... and this was interplanted with it, a very pretty combination. None of us could put a name to it though someone who had had a tropical garden thought it reminiscent of Justicia coccinea.

Alisdair it is Justicia spicigera
