Bush with pink flower ID'd by Oron as Syringa meyeri 'Palibin'

This bush was trained as a tall, squared off, hedge and growing in the London area
Has any one any ideas what it is?

Looks like Syringa meyeri 'Palibin'
Garden Designer, Bulb man, Botanical tours guide.
Living and gardening in Tivon, Lower Galilee region, North Israel.
Min temp 5c Max 42c, around 450mm rain.
