MGS members and prospective members are invited to a UK Branch lunch and garden tour in central London on Monday 15 August.
The garden of the Royal College of Physicians has about a thousand plants used in medicine at some time in the past 3,000 years and Dr Henry Oakeley, garden fellow of the college, adviser to the Chelsea Physic Garden and holder of the national collection of Lycastes and Anguloas for which he has been awarded three Chelsea gold medals, will show us round.
