Title: Can I change my name after I've joined?

You can't change the name that you log in with.
What you can do easily is change your User Name (the one that appears automatically in your postings etc). Log in, click on the blue Profile button, click on Account Related Settings under Modify Profile, change the User Name to whatever you want, then scroll down to Current Password and put in your existing password, then click on Change Profile.
