Post by: Hilary on April 24, 2020, 07:57:01 AM
Coffea arabica, Arabian coffee bush

Seen growing in the Royal Botanic Garden, Madrid in April 2018.

At the moment I am re reading some books I have which are centered around Kenya and Rhodesia, coffee bushes and the harvest of the beans feature largely

I think this is the nearest I am going to get to a coffee bush

Coffea arabica is mentioned only once in THE MEDITERRANEAN GARDEN in issue number 13, Summer 1998
