Fermi, how about posting another photo? Another view several days later?  I can't decide  whether there are many flowers or whether they are many parts of one flower? The colours look rather like those of a Bromeliad, but would Broms be flowering with you now?

I have never seen anything like that, but another  wild guess:  Loropetalum chinense
