Title: Trachelospermum jasminoides.
Post by: Umbrian on May 23, 2016, 01:52:16 PM
I was alarmed recently to notice that all the growing tips of my Trachelospermum jasminoides were clogged with a white substance - not soft but quite chalky and gritty. It fell off easily if touched but I did not want to damage the future flowers and so left it. Now the new leaves and flowers buds are forming and seem perfectly healthy. Any ideas as what this phenomenon is?
