Eucalyptus erythrocorys flowering now. Grown from seed planted in 2007.

Not so much a tree as a scraggly, gangly big shrub - all over the place and not to be trained into conformity. But fabulous buds and flowers. Generally not all that long lived - 20 yrs or so.

You don't seem to have much praise for this species, Trevor!
My two specimens are becoming long and lanky, losing their lower branches. The flowers are nice, though.
