On our arrival, we found that a number of plants had lost many or all of their leaves: roses, Hibiscus rosa-sinensis, Lantana camara, Colutea arborescens and others. I blame these small snails, as there appeared to be a huge number of them. I have been picking them off by the handful. Luckily our neighbour's ducks love them.
