Tree in Portugal ID'd by Oron as Pittosporum undulatum

Hello Evryone,

I have seen this tree about 4-5m high with white flowers smells like Murraya paniculata ,
is this Pittosporum sp?

it is in full sun and local portugese people do not know the name ,some says it is an african plant.

kindly identify please,

I think it`s P tobira but I will leave it to a specialist.

 I have gardened in sub-tropical Florida, maritime UK, continental Europe and the Mediterranean basin, France. Of the 4 I have found that the most difficult climate for gardening is the latter.

It is Pittosporum undulatum
Garden Designer, Bulb man, Botanical tours guide.
Living and gardening in Tivon, Lower Galilee region, North Israel.
