Ficus sycomorus, Sycamore fig

As luck would have it I have a few photos of the Sycamore fig together with a notice at Aghia Napa, Cyprus.
For those of you acquainted with this tree the trunk in the photo may look a bit strange. My son A doctored the photo to exclude the person standing next to the tree. The trunk, as it was in 2005, can be seen in the photo of the large branch.
The Sycamore fig is mentioned only once in THE MEDITERRANEAN GARDEN and that in number 13, Summer 1998.
