Title: Identification ID'd by Oron as Angelonia angustifolia 'Serena Lavender Pink'

This plant was seen in a garden near Cherbourg (Normandie - France)
I don't find its name. Can somebody help me.

It looks like an Angelonia but I have no idea about species or cultivar,
