This pretty little flower is blooming now, following the first autumn rains. It looks like Scilla autumnalis but I am not sure if it is, as the inflorescence resembles an umbel rather than a raceme. The plant is tiny, barely 3-4 cm tall.

Yes it is, accept the Genus Scilla has been splited into Scilla, Prospero and Barnardia:
Scilla autumnalis is now
Prospero autumnale

I have been referring to them as Prospero but the very bulby professionals that I know refuse to accept this as well as sinking Chionodoxa into Scilla.
