Title: Hydrangea

Hydrangea
A photo taken in 1997 in the Royal Botanic Garden , Madrid.
Not a plant one sees growing in Corinth.
However saying that I remember my neighbour, some thirty years ago, had a collection of Hydrangea plants.
She kept them in pots under  trees, pruned them at the proper time and brought them to her front veranda when they were in flower.
Neighbour, house, trees and hydrangeas all long gone.
Now I am pleased to see another neighbour growing these plants on his balcony.
I don't think they are moved to another place during the winter but in the summer two black umbrellas are tied over them for shade
