can someone identify this plant for me ,
picture qulity is not much good ,,raining cats n dogs here in central portugal

jeroen,

Flowers are too wet and not completely open,
Still,  it is a cultivar of Argyranthemum frutescens (syn. Chrysanthemum frutescens) belonging to the 'Madeira' series, probably "Madeira double White"
