No football, good TV, urgent gardening tasks etc to do on that day? Atrocious weather globally? Or is just that this forum is so entertaining that everything else fell by the wayside on Oct 18th? I just noticed that 246 users used this forum on that day. Other "record days" usually registered around 70 users. Great news for the forum

I have a small garden in Rome, Italy. Some open soil, some concrete, some paved. Temperatures in winter occasionally down to 0°C. Summer temperatures up to 40°C in the shade. There are never watering restrictions but, of course, there is little natural water for much of June, July and August.
