BIGGER BUGS AND LITTLE BUGS
By Hugo Latymer & Francesc Casas
An article about the Cacyreus marshalli Butler, a species before 1898 only known to South Africa, and the devastating effect on Pelargoniums
The year before this article was written a tiny wasp, Trichogramma evanescens, was found to be feeding on the larva of Cacyreus and there was hope for the plants.
However, reading about this pest 24 years later, the Cacyreus problem still seems to be unsolved.
Not having any photos of either Bug, I thought to post photos or random bugs and butterflies
