I did say it was easy, especially when Oron is involved. Mine has red fruit, which are obviously not ripe yet, that I can confirm are, as Oron says, sweet and tasty.
I do have a Psidium guajava which I like not only for the fruit, the smell as well as the taste, but also for the bark of the tree.
The Acca (Feijoa) sellowiana, the Pinapple guava, has tasty fruit and spectacular flowers.
