South African senecio?

Can anyone identify this for Sally. She's had it for many years, originally from a cutting brought to her by Heidi Gildemeister, but has never been able to find its name. The photo is of a young plant from my garden, hence the hose; Sally grows it completely without irrigation and it will flower nearly all year if she dead-heads it. It growns to about 1 metre.

I'll post another close-up of the flower tomorrow. I don't think it looks the same.

Does it have only 5 petals?

I think that it may be this too, "Narrow Leaved Ragwort". It may possibly have more than 5 ray florets "petals" with some forms.

Seeing the clearer photos you have posted, i can say it isnt S. inaequidens as i thoght earlier but another species!
I'll try to identify it.
