In the Cyprus village in which I live one family has entered into a brave new initiative. They have created a small herb garden on their property and are using the plants grown to produce a variety of products that they are selling from home. Many of the recipes and methods of production they are using have been taken from an old book handed down to the current lady of the house by her mother.
