Yellow-flower clumper on sand ID'd by Oron as six-petalled Aurinia leucadea

We saw low rounded clumps of this flower yesterday.
It was growing in a sandy area near the Corinthian Gulf end of the Canal.
So far I have not been able to decide on its identification.
Any ideas?

I would say Aurinia leucadea, but a particular specimen with 6 petals instead of 4
