I saw this tree last September in the grounds of Buckingham Palace.
Does anyone know its name?
Some trees and flowers were labelled, others were not

Oron,
Many thanks.
Apparently there are several of these trees in London.
A large one in Hyde park is mentioned on one website
On the City of Westminster website there is an application for planning permission to prune such a tree at Buckingham Palace.
I don't know why it took me so long to ask for an identification of this tree
Once more many thanks
