ID pleasefor two shrubs

two flowering trees, each 5-6m of height, length of the leaves about 12-15cm, standing on a hotel area in Fuerteventura.

Hello Kakadu ???

I'm afraid it is not easy identifying from these photos,
It might be Citharexylum spinosum and Tabebuia berteroi, but can not say 100%
see if you have clearer photos.
