Title: Cactus flower seen In Sparta IDd by Oron as Cereus hildmannianus

I saw this flower last week in Sparta.
It was a tall cactus which you quite often see around parks and gardens in Greece.
I have looked through both my cactus books and have had no luck
Any ideas?
