I was given the parent of this plant in 1970, it is still going strong.
The person who gave it to me told me its name in Greek is Patience Υπομονή
I learned its name when visiting the hothouse of the Royal Botanical Gardens in Madrid.
It started flowering about four years ago never showing any inclination of doing so for 40 years.

I've never seen this plant (known here as "the Jade Plant") in flower before!
Can you show us a close-up of the flowers, please?

The pale pink flower is from our north facing balcony and doesn't get much sun.
The deeper pink flower is from  a plant growing in Sparta in full sun.
Years ago i read somewhere that, in the spring, the hillsides of California are a covered in a pink mist with these flowers, or words to that effect
